Mushroom filler line

NAWI supplies automatic mushroom filler lines with a palleting unit.

The capacity of these lines is between 750 and 1500 crates per hour.

The crate stacks are automatically lifted off the pallet after which the crates are separated and fed into the sorting unit. The crates are then filled, stacked and placed back onto a pallet. The pallets are weighed and removed.

Crates are filled up between 10 - 12 kg.
