Deloading unit
Otherwise known as a pallet loading device and deloader. A transverse trolley lifts and clamps 2 or 3 stacks of crates. Next the transverse trolley moves along stainless steel tube profiles to an adjacent belt conveyor and places the crates onto this transport system. Loading of the pallets is done in reverse order.
The stacks need to have a minimum height of 1 meter and need to be correctly stacked. In groups of 2 or 3 stacks, all stacks need to be of equal height. The maximum capacity is 140 crates per hour when 2 or 3 stacks are lifted at a time and the transport is continuous.
