Deboning
After portioning the separate parts can be delivered or deboned further. Deboning takes place on tables or belts (paceboning). The different parts can then be placed on dispatch belts or into crates (meat, saw for bones, silo for bones).
The deboned meat is delivered to trimmers/PADs, who portion and trim the meat.
For the purpose of efficiency and traceability it is possible to scan, read and weigh on the different conveyor systems.
