Skinning
NAWI supplies ergonomic and, if desired, movable skinning platforms for manual skinning procedures. NAWI supplies different types of skinning installations for mechanical skinning procedures. At higher capacities electro-stimulation is necessary to prevent the backs from breaking. This electro-stimulation can be applied either manually or automatically.
NAWI also supplies several systems for the removal of the skins, from manual (carts) to fully automatic (air jets).
