Cold stores
The carcasses are stored and sorted in the cold stores.
The transport options range from a manual process to a completely automated carcass transport system.
The storage tracks can be supplied in 3 different designs:
- tube track
- bi-rail
- flat rail
Each design can be supplied as a fully automated or a fully manual system.
