Quick chilling
Quick chilling ensures a rapid temperature drop to the core of the carcass.
In this respect NAWI supplies different systems to overcome anticipated technical transport problems:
- Transport system with tube tracks
- Transport system with bi-rail or flat rail
Strongly dependent on the refrigeration system, the chilling time is approx. 2 hours.
